Nick Burnham Appointed to Options Group Sydney Office

Options Group announces that Nicholas Burnham has joined its expanding Sydney office, effective immediately reporting to Adam Gillibrand.

Nick will be tasked with extending the firm’s significant presence across Global Markets, Banking, Asset Management and Alternatives and he brings extensive experience across all aspect of talent acquisition, retention and development as well as leadership advisory. He has distinguished career specializing in advising, sourcing and placing senior executives, including but not limited to C-Suite and Non-Executive Director level, across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Global Markets (both debt and equity), Wealth and Asset Management (Traditional and Alternative), Super Funds, Pension Funds, FinTech, Payments, Private Equity, and Real Estate Finance.

Nick has been instrumental in helping the C-Suite of these firms navigate the threats and challenges currently facing their business as well as the optimal positioning of those businesses. Nick and his team have created a strong track record of attracting, developing and retaining the world’s most sought after talent. Nick began his career in the Executive Search industry in 2001 working for a boutique search firm, and went on to run its Singapore office and Global Markets Practice for Asia Pacific.  He has also been a Founding Partner of two other Executive Search firms and prior to joining Options Group, Nick was Head of Financial Services for the APAC region for a large Global Executive Search firm. Before joining the executive search industry, Nick worked on the Sydney Futures Exchange for UBS, where he was Head of Trading on the Sydney Futures Exchange.
